ATTENTION
The Best Little Cat House is not an animal shelter. We will pursue legal action to recover all costs related to boarding and/or grooming, charged at the non-discount rate, for animals left more than 14 days after the date of pick up. Cats who are abandoned here fall under the California Abandoned Animal Act. Please be a responsible pet owner and find a home for your unwanted pet.
All cats available for adoption through The Best Little Cat House are older and get along well with people and other cats. The great advantages to adopting these older animals is that their personalities are known, they are litter box trained and in good health unless otherwise stated. All cats have been spayed or neutered and those which are hosted by The Best Little Cat House have tested negatively for FIV and Feline Leukemia. Introducing a new cat into your home if you already have a cat is easy but there are a few things to know. Click HERE for some suggested reading.

Sable
Sable is a great cat. She is amazingly cute, with whiskers almost as wide as her body is long, an independent spirit. Sable is dainty and very mellow and likes lounging in the sun.

Polly
We decided to take Polly off the market and now consider her a permanent addition to our Cat House as "The Tahiti Room Group Activity Director". She came from Kitten Rescue. Her favorite activity is perching on our shoulders.

As a side note, please consider donating to or adopting a cat from Kitten Rescue. They are a great organization and a force for good in the community.
